The fabric of the kids’ comforter linen should also given proper attention while making a purchase of them, because some kinds of fabric will require special care. Since kids’ comforter sets are meant for children the bed linen should not be made of any kind of rough fabric. The cloth should be durable, because kids tend to make a mess of their beds. But the cloth should also be soft, gentle and warm. Silk and cotton are mostly used for the linen in kids’ comforter sets.
But one should also purchase a kind of fabric for the kids’ comforter that will hold less dirt and dust. Children usually make their beds messy. They just love to heap up all their dirtiest toys on the bed and take their best dolls under the quilt. So regular cleaning of kids’ comforters is very important. The linen used for a kids’ comforter must be gentle, yet strong enough to stand numerous washes. The colors on the fabric, too, must be fast colors, so that the washes do not drain them out.
It is good to apply dry wash to the kids’ comforter linen the pillow sets, covers and quilts. Although the kids’ comforter sets are made of durable fabric, but the less tough fabric used for children may tend to fray if washed frequently. Hence, dry wash may help one avoid the problem of premature fraying of the bed linen.
The wooden or iron base of the kids’ comforter too should be regularly cleaned. Generally people now prefer expandable and folding kids’ comforter sets as they save space and can be adjusted according to the shapes and space of rooms they are put in. But this type of kids’ comforter gathers more dust and dirt as they have numerous folds and corners. If there is a lot of dust, it may cause breathing trouble for the little ones. Hence it is important to clean the dust out of the kids’ comforter with a good vacuum cleaner every day.
It is important to clean the bottom of the kids’ comforter every day. The heavy layers of mattress and quilt also gather dust. Sometimes there are also big drawers under the kids’ comforter where the quilt and pillows can be tucked away. These places too should be regularly cleaned.
In summer, to stop bacterial growth in a kids’ comforter one can spread the linen in the sun and warm it up. This will also give a warm freshness to the kids’ comforter. Regular exposure to sunrays, however, may fade the colors in the linen. But natural warming of the kids’ comforter is a hygienic practice.

Main Room Child Safe
By : Mashuri
There are separate requirements when a child aged under five, which is a safe place to play and comfortable for them, where children can explore all their curiosity and play without a hitch.
This can be accommodated with a special room for children to play. In this way, children’s toys will not migrate to the corners of the room and allows you to monitor it.
The first thing that must be prepared, of course, land or space unused. No need is too large, which is important to accommodate all the children and enough toys for children to play. After that, begin to organize into account a child’s room with children’s favorite and character.
At least there are some great lines that must be considered. When children happy doodle wall, make a special side of the wall is used as the canvas size to “express themselves”. Meanwhile for the other side of the wall, you should use a glossy paint that is easy to clean.
Like a class in a kindergarten, you can create a small table and chairs are painted with colors that are interesting, such as red, yellow, green and blue. These colors can help children to recognize different colors. But make sure that the chairs and the table does not have a sharp angle.
Given the children also enjoy playing on the floor, you should use a carpet made of soft rubber which is sufficient to maintain when the child fell and avoid the possibility of injury. Why rubber? Because the type of carpet that uses yarn materials are relatively easy to keep the dust that can cause allergies in children. While the rubber material is more easily cleaned.
You can also use rugs with images of favorite cartoon character kids, so they linger at home in the play room.
For storage racks, be adjusted in height so that children do not need to climb to retrieve a toy or a book you want or the possibility of such goods on him. Color shelves can be colorful, but should still match the color of the carpet and desk chairs are in the room.
Where Antiques Originate and How You Can Find Them
It’s important to understand where antiques originate. Many antique buyers make the mistake of mis-understanding the process by which antique items are found. Many collectors and dealers waste valuable time searching in places where they believe that these items are in great abundance. But a true understanding of where antiques originate seems to have eluded many well meaning antique dealers and collectors.
It’s elementary Watson!
If you want to find fresh-to-the-market antiques and collectibles, you need to go where they are in great abundance, and where they originate! Antiques do not orginate at auctions, or at flea markets, or at antique shows. Antiques originate in people’s homes. This is a fundamental truth for 99% of all antiques that you will ever see.
Another truth that many people overlook.
The other simple fact, is that most antiques that you are most likely to get a great deal on reside in the homes of people who are older. Young people do not, as a general rule have antiques in the abundance that older people do. Why? Because older people came from a generation that saved everything, and you will find that a majority of the time they have kept it all! From the 1950’s toys in the closet to the old toaster that was just too good to throw away, older folks still have most of everything they ever owned.
Where will you spend your “prime-time?”
Knowing these two fundamental truths about where antiques originate, begs a big question. Knowing that antiques originate in people’s homes, and that antiques are most likely to reside in older people’s homes, where will you be attempting to spend a majority of your prime time? It tooks me years to understand the following principles.
1. To buy more fresh antiques you have to see more antiques.
2. To see more antiques, you must look at more household accumulations on a consistant basis.
3. To accomplish this, you simply must get into more people’s homes where the antiques originate.
Knowing and understanding these principles will put you light years ahead of your competition! Believe me, I know antique dealers and collectors, and most of them find their antiques through one of only 5 methods. They find them through garage / estate sales, auctions, “goodwill” type stores, flea markets and “pickers”.
Knowing and understand the above principles will help you to focus on where you will find the most antiques…in people’s homes.
If you want to be incredibly successful, you have to go where the antiques originate. It’s time to focus on that and only that! That focus will take you farther than you ever thought possible!
